Hello Sweet Angels,
Look at the swatch:
How are you guys doing? Pretty good I'm sure :) I am doing great as well! Yesterday we had a little get together at home and we made some mouth watering delicacies and that included the royal dish - chicken tandoori! I'm amazed as it turned out to be quite delicious! Anyways, I'll no longer keep you guys waiting for the review of "All over cover stick" from elf cosmetics neither give you guys hunger pangs :P
I purchased this product from Target! "oh yea"(Bethany Mota a.k.a Macbarbie07 style) ;) Having said that, I have a news for all the Bethany Mota lovers/fans, she'll be here in Atlanta -GA between 4-6PM at the Lenox Mall on feb 4th. So guys reading this from Atlanta can rush in and meet her!!!!
Okay, so coming to the review, I bumped into this lil thingy while I was getting some makeup stuffs at Target.
Price - $2 in the US (~ Rs 122 INR)
As you can see, the print on the stick has already fading :( I bought this few days ago. The color available at the time of purchase was "Permisson" alone(at Target) which is a champagne pink color. I checked on the internet and found some more shades as well. When I bought this product I really had no idea what will I use it for :P But after experimenting, I think I'll use it over my eye-lids and as a cheek-bone highlight.
The content is cream based. This color you see in the picture has some sheen to it and does a good job blending.
My Experience with elf -All over cover stick:
As I said, I had no idea what will I use this stick for. I use it when I have no time to get ready or I am in a hurry to go out. I apply it on my eye lids and it acts well, like an eye shadow! Also I use it over the lipstick in the center of my lips. It does not have any fragrance.
I am not so happy with this product because:
1. The print on the packaging fades out quickly.
2. This is a twist and turn stick but very little portion of the stick pops out :(
3. As it is cream based, using the content with the brush seems difficult. Therefore, I use my finger to dig out the cream and doing so is not very hygenic in my opinion. :(
What I like about this product:
1. Helps me whenever I'm in a hurry to apply any makeup. I just use this to touch up and it kind of prepares me to go out.
2. Can be used as a highlighter.
3. Blending is easy.
4. Affordable!
Light pink champagne color
