Hello Gorgeous Girls

Welcome back! First of all thank you all for the overwhelming interests you guys have shown for my previous post which is This. As I always tell all of you that you are my true inspiration. Keep supporting :) So having said that, I am here to share my knowledge on some interesting stuff this time. I decided to help you guys with a "Do It Yourself" french manicure session right where you're sitting now! Yes, at your home. There is no more appointment issues at the salon! Though, this tutorial may not be very professional, I have tried to make it simple for you guys. So lets begin right away.
Things required:
1. A bowl of lukewarm water - Squeeze some lemon juice into it.
2. Manicure set which has- Nail clipper, cuticle pusher, nail file and a pair of trimmer scissors.
3. Bioline petroleun jelly or Vaseline jelly.
4. Nail stregthening top coast, white, black nail paints.
5. Nail paint remover.
6. Some cotton or Q tips.
7. Hand cream for moisture.
Alrighty, lets start. Take off the previously applied nail paint.
Step 1: Soak and rinse your hands thoroughly in the lukewarm water containing lemon juice. Lemon juice helps remove any sort of discoloration of nails, removes grime held within the nail and the skin, makes your hand soft and smooth. Continue this step for 5 minutes and then dry your hands.
Step 2: Take some bioline/vaseline jelly and apply it on the cuticles of your nails and massage the area well for about 4-5mins. This step is necessary as it heals any damage done to the cuticles and also provides moisture which is very important for the growth of healthy nails.
Step 3: With a cuticle pusher, gently push back the skin of the nail. Keep in mind not to push the tool too hard as this could damage the skin nearby the cuticle area. Keep the tool flat on the nail and gently push the cuticle. With this step, you'll make the nail look more groomed and it appears a little longer.
Step 4: Once done, wipe off the jelly with a wet towel or you can repeat step 1.
Now you're left with clean nails. Go ahead and file your nails and clip off extra pieces to give desired shape, mind you, this has to be done carefully else it could ruin the shape.
Step 5: Almost done, I chose to have square tip nails :P Apply a white nail paint and let it dry, After it dries off, carefully apply the black nail paint only to the tip of the nails. Wipe off the extra paint that is on the skin with the help of a Q tip. Finish off with a top coat.
(Alternative - You can use a base coat and apply the black nail paint only to the tip of the nail and finish it off with the top coat as well!)
